The Facility
We see our facility as the "third teacher" at Ready Set Grow! Our 12,880 square-foot building was designed to impart the utmost in visual and tactile stimulation, with equal attention given to safety and security. Large windows allow parents and administrators to observe the classrooms at any time. Classrooms are equipped with secure communications for convenience and for emergencies. The facility has numerous alternate exits, all with secured access, and we practice regularly scheduled safety fire, tornado emergency drills. All outdoor play equipment conforms to national standards for playground safety, and a fence specially designed for child safety surrounds the playground. Building entrances are kept locked and monitored, with entry gained only by use of a keypad and private security codes.
Our Staff
Teachers and administrators are central to any learning environment, and we recognize this at Ready Set Grow! That is why we have endeavored to retain the finest early childhood education professionals. Our teachers are adept in instructing an entire classroom, while responding to the special qualities of each child. All Ready Set Grow employees undergo a screening process that exceeds state requirements, and are thoroughly trained in CPR, first aid, communicable disease and Child Abuse. Teachers receive updated refreshers in emergency procedures, and are supported by Ready Set Grow in their continuing education. Most important, we only hire those who share our delight in the developmental progress of young children.
