January News

 From the Principal’s Office

I’m sure that everyone is breathing a sigh of relief to have made it through the holidays!  It’s always such a busy time of year, but I hope everyone had a great time with friends and family.

Thank You!!!

It is always so special to share in the holiday spirit with all of you, and we thank you for all of your support throughout the past month, from your donations to Nationwide Children’s Hospital and purchases from our December Book Fair. Everything has been was very festive and joyful, and we thank everyone who was able to participate. Thank you for thinking of all of us during the season, we appreciate your well wishes and special holiday gifts!

Professional Development Day

Ready Set Grow will be having the first of 2 Professional Development Days in 2019 on Monday, February 17th; therefore, our school will be closed.  The teachers will spend the day reviewing our Links to Learning curriculum, learning new teaching strategies and working together to improve as a team.  The second Professional Development Day will take place in the fall.

 Please Drive SLOWLY

Remember to drive slowly and cautiously through our parking lots.  There are several small children and their families in the parking lot throughout the day, and we want to be sure that everyone is safe!

 Winter Weather Advisory

Ready Set Grow closes when Franklin County is at a Level 3 Snow Emergency or other unforeseen circumstances (i.e., no power, water, etc.). There will be announcements on most major radio and television stations for weather related closures.

*  Don’t forget to check your child’s cubby for important information from their teachers and the office.

*  Please make sure that you are checking your child in every morning as you enter the building and out every evening as you exit the building.

*  Parking Lot Safety – Please do not leave children in the car unattended.  It is also important that you do not leave your car running while in our school.
